Deposits, cancellation and reschedule policies.

At Álainn Aesthetics, we strive to provide the best service and ensure a seamless booking experience for our clients. 

To maintain fairness and availability for all, we have implemented the following policies regarding deposits and cancellations:

Deposits policy:

A 50% deposit is required at least 4 days before your scheduled treatment to secure your booking.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, 25% of the deposit will be retained.

With the exception of anti-wrinkle treatments, where full deposit value will be retained. 

Rescheduling Policy:

Deposits can be moved to a new treatment or appointment date at any time prior to original scheduled appointment. 

With the exception of anti wrinkle appointments which must be rescheduled within one week of original booking date and time. 

No show policy:

Full value of deposit will be retained. 

These policies are in place to ensure availability and fairness to all clients while maintaining the highest standard of service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
