Terms & Conditions

Across both Álainn Aesthetics and Surrey and Hampshire IV, we are committed to providing a professional and seamless experience for all of our clients. To ensure we can offer the best care and preparation for your treatment, we have outlined the following:

Bookings

You can make a booking via email or WhatsApp directly with our clinician. All bookings are confirmed via email on completion of health and medical forms, alongside a deposit payment.

Purpose of the Deposit

To confirm and secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures we are fully prepared for your scheduled treatment. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Deposit Amount

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your treatment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refundable Deposits: If you cancel your appointment at least 72 hours before your scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in either the forfeiture of your deposit or the opportunity to reschedule the appointment.
• Bookings Within 24 Hours: For appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will be happy to accommodate the change without any additional charge.
• Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you fail to attend your appointment or do not provide sufficient notice of cancellation (72 hours), the deposit will be forfeited. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the appointment if a no-show occurs or if adequate notice is not provided.
• Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment session or the forfeiture of your deposit if we are unable to proceed with the treatment.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances, including illness or emergencies, may arise. In such cases, we offer flexibility for rescheduling or refunds. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation at our sole discretion.

Age Restrictions

All clients must be over the age of 18 at the time of their appointment.

Two-Week Anti-Wrinkle Follow-Up

A complimentary follow-up appointment is offered approximately two weeks following your treatment. This appointment allows us to assess your results, discuss your progress, and determine whether any minor adjustments may be appropriate.

Please note that the follow-up is an assessment appointment and does not automatically include additional treatment. Any further treatment will be discussed with you based on your individual response and, where appropriate, may be subject to additional charges.

We encourage you to attend your follow-up appointment, particularly if you have any questions or concerns regarding your treatment or results.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatment Pricing

Our standard anti-wrinkle treatment pricing applies to doses of up to 250 units per treatment session. Where an individual treatment requires more than 250 units, an additional charge of approximately £50 will apply to reflect the increased amount of product required.

The final cost will be discussed with you prior to treatment and will be based on the total number of units required to achieve the agreed treatment plan.

Dermal Filler Follow-Up & Adjustment Policy

At Álainn Aesthetics, we understand that dermal filler treatments are individual and that, once your initial treatment has settled, you may decide that you would like a little more product to further enhance or adjust your result.

Additional Filler Within 6 Weeks

If, following your initial dermal filler treatment, you decide that you would like additional filler in the same treatment area, you may book a follow-up treatment within 6 weeks of your original appointment.

At this follow-up appointment, up to a maximum of 1ml of additional filler may be administered at 50% of the usual treatment price, subject to clinical assessment and suitability. This reduced rate applies to one follow-up treatment only and must be used within 6 weeks of the original treatment date.

Additional Product Over 1ml

If you would like more than 1ml of additional filler, any treatment beyond the 1ml follow-up allowance will be considered a new treatment and charged at the usual treatment price.

After 6 Weeks

Any additional filler requested more than 6 weeks after the original treatment date will be considered a new treatment and charged at the standard treatment price.

Clinical Assessment

All follow-up treatments are subject to clinical assessment. Additional filler will only be administered where the practitioner considers it clinically appropriate and safe to do so. The reduced follow-up rate does not guarantee that additional filler will be recommended or administered.

Reviews, Concerns & Complications

This policy applies specifically where a client has decided they would like additional volume, enhancement or adjustment following their original treatment. It does not replace our usual aftercare or review process. If you have any concerns about your treatment, healing, results or a possible complication, please contact Álainn Aesthetics so that this can be appropriately assessed.

Agreement

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
